1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a session or using the Transition With Winnie website (transitionwithwinnie.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Transition With Winnie provides career coaching and transition guidance. Our services include the Reset, Pivot, Launch, Group Session, and Pick My Brain packages described on our Services page. All sessions are conducted online unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment Policy

Full payment is required before your session is confirmed. Payment is processed securely via M-Pesa. Your session will not be scheduled or conducted until payment is received and confirmed.

4. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds. If you cancel a booked session, your payment is non-refundable. However, your payment will be held as credit and can be applied toward a rescheduled session. To reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before your session time.

In the rare event of a cancellation initiated by Transition With Winnie, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be offered.

5. What We Do Not Offer

• We do not write CVs. We guide and advise on what makes a strong CV, but the writing is done by the client.
• We do not place clients in jobs. We are not a recruitment or job placement agency.
• We do not guarantee employment. Career coaching improves your clarity and positioning; outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions.
• We do not offer LinkedIn profile writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

To get the most from your sessions, clients are expected to arrive on time, complete any pre-session materials (including the intake form and CV upload where required), and engage honestly with the process.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. We do not share client information with third parties except as required by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including coaching frameworks, guides, and materials — is the property of Transition With Winnie and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Transition With Winnie is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Career decisions are ultimately the responsibility of the client.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
